Deloitte Pathfinder is a human-centered navigation tool that helps grants management clients move through the complexity of grant discovery, application and compliance with greater clarity and confidence.

Challenge
The primary hurdle for this space is the inherent complexity of the grants process—spanning application to closeout—which can be overwhelming for both new and experienced recipients. Additionally, there is a constant systemic need to drive accountability and implement rigorous strategies to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, ensuring that billions of dollars in critical funding safely reach the communities and vulnerable populations that need them most. Deloitte identified a need for a holistic marketing strategy to address existing gaps in their external presence and better incorporate their unique differentiators within a competitive market.

The Grants Management & Program Integrity solution for Deloitte is a comprehensive "People First" brand and digital transformation designed to navigate the multi-stage grants lifecycle while driving meaningful community impact. At the heart of this initiative is the Deloitte PathFinder™, an interactive tool that provides a personalised analysis of a client’s current state versus their future goals, delivering tailored guidance at any stage of the process. Key components include:
The Deloitte PathFinder™: An innovative, UIUX tool that simplifies the grants journey by providing a personalised analysis of a client's current state versus their future goals, identifying tailored solutions at any stage of the process.
"We Are People First" Campaign: A storytelling-driven strategy that moves away from showcasing "moments of distress" to highlighting the positive results and experts who drive community enrichment.
Digital Ecosystem Optimisation: A full-scale modernisation of the external presence, including website optimisation, a data-driven SEO and social media strategy, and a Vision Video to clearly communicate brand ethos and capabilities.
